How long does my order take to ship?

Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email notification once your order is with Australia Post.

All shipping is standard. Depending where you live in Australia, shipping can take 7 days once with Australia Post.

How much is shipping & how is it packed?

Shipping is FREE.

Where items can fit in a letter, they are sent this way. Items are placed in a cello bag and put into an envelope labelled ‘do not bend’.

Where item size or weight exceeds letter postage, the items are put into a tough bag or box and labelled ‘do not bend’.

What is your return policy?

Defect - please contact by email with a description and photos, within 5 days of receiving your item to discuss refund/replacement.

Damage in transit - although it hasn’t happened to date, if despite my best efforts with packaging, your product is damaged during transit, please contact by email with a description and photos, within 5 days of receiving your item. It is at the sole discretion of Wild by Nature Tasmania whether a product is replaced or refunded, depending on the extent of the damage from transit.

What if I change my mind?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not refund for change of mind purchases.

Do you offer international shipping?
